Accompanist

John is a local architect based in Lanark and has enjoyed playing the piano his entire adult life. He also accompanies Hamilton Caledonian Male Voice Choir, is the organist at Fernhill Church in Rutherglen, occasionally assists Arietta women’s choir, and even plays the trombone in the Michael Brawley Big Band. Regular choir accompaniment has been a relatively recent and thoroughly enjoyable development in John’s musical life and he is delighted to now also be involved with Strathaven Choral Society.
