Calling All Altos

Sometimes what seems to be a simple line can prove tricky.  Especially when it has to be sung in harmony with the three other sections of the Choir.

Such was the plight of we Altos last night when rehearsing George Shearing’s delightful ‘Little Songs and Sonnets’ .  Some Choirs might tell the world via You Tube, Strathaven Choral Society employs our ‘Members’ Area’ to provide that little extra support.  So, if like me, you are an alto in SCS, still seeking an earworm for that line in ‘Come With Me And Be My Love’, follow this link.

If you’re not a member of SCS and want find out if all our hard work was worthwhile, why not join us on Sunday 8th May at our concert in Hamilton?
